All our mobility scooters are easy to use, reliable and safe. Delivery and pickup can be in different locations.

Rent online anytime on our website or send us a request via the  contact form. Order by phone Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm at +41 61 262 03 67.

Delivery takes place two days after the reservation at the earliest. The prices below exclude delivery costs, which amount to CHF 160 - 220 depending on the delivery address. The delivery costs will be displayed at checkout.

Upon placing your order, we'll promptly calculate the total rental cost, inclusive of delivery fees. An invoice will be sent to your email shortly thereafter, providing a secure link for payment options such as credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal.

Where would you like to take your scooter adventure? Across Switzerland, delivery is affordably priced at CHF 160, and for mountainous regions, it's CHF 220. These delivery fees will be clearly detailed at the conclusion of your booking, tailored to your specific postal code.

RETURN IT HASSEL-FREE

The delivery fees conveniently cover the pickup as well. You have the flexibility to arrange the collection from a location different from where we deliver.

Am I allowed to bring my scooter on the train?

Most of the Swiss Federal Railways SBB are accessible to people with disabilities, so you can visit the whole of Switzerland with your scooter. Please inform yourself directly under Travel with reduced mobility | SBB

Can I buy a scooter?

Yes. We sell scooters and deliver them to you

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellation free of charge is possible until 24 hours before the start of the rent. Payments already made will be refunded. Cancellation after this time will be invoiced with a 1-day charge.

How can I pay the rent for the scooter?

Choose your scooter either online or via phone. Once you've finished booking, a confirmation email will outline all necessary details, including delivery and pickup times and locations.

Your invoice will be sent in a different email, featuring a link for payment instructions for a wire transfer or the option to securely pay online with a credit card.

Please note, payment upon delivery or in cash is not available. Ensure your payment is processed at least one day before the delivery date for a seamless experience.

How do I recharge the scooter?

For longer renting periods, the scooter must eventually be recharged. We deliver you the recharging equipment. You can recharge at any plug socket, preferably over night.

Can I get an introduction for the handling?

You will receive a written one-page introduction with your scooter.
If you wish to get a personal introduction, please let us know by phone or email.

Must the delivery and the return location be the same?

No. We deliver and pick up from different places.

Are there any other restrictions?

We can not deliver into restricted pedestrian areas. The delivery stop must be reachable by our delivery van.

Is the delivery restricted to my home address?

Your scooter can be delivered to any accessible location where someone is available to receive it, including both rental apartments and hotels.

What are the costs for the delivery and return?

We deliver anywhere in Switzerland. You will see the additional cost of delivery after you have entered the postal code
